This one was really cool to see. They looked like discs… moving slowly, but were not parallel to the ground. They were slowly rotating randomly but movement stayed the same speed from what I could tell. The one on the top, does turn to reveal either a hole, or a light on the bottom.
The bottom one you can at one point see what looks like a light on the bottom of it as it tilts upward. You can also see other aircraft passing by as reference. Defintitly not a helicopter.
